If you are going to keep a Greenbook, I think it is good to have a Page of Measures. I was hoping to share mine so that people would not have to reinvent the wheel, but it looks like my image came out too fuzzy. It could at least serve as a guide for your own creation. If you do not keep a Greenbook, it would not be amiss to put it in your Spellbook or Book of Shadows.
