Witch's Diary

I updated the instructions for writing a Witch's Diary, and added in the 2023 Sabbats and Esbats Calendar, and a Belongs To page. I will bring 10 copies of the instructions to the Herbal Medicine Workday on June 24th. I don't know why someone is not making these commercially. I am having great fun compiling mine, and I caught another dream last night.

At some point, I will write the instructions for a Witch's Revery, too. These usually take longer to compile and are more contemplative in nature. My old Witch Mother was big on asking the type of questions that would make up a revery. She might ask you to explain the question:

τίς συμφώνησις Χριστοῦ πρὸς Βελιάρ?

After long contemplation, one could do it succinctly.

The Devil is God as He is misunderstood by the wicked.
Behind the Mask of Terror is the Face of the Beloved.
As the Great Mother shakes you awake from nightmare, you at first think She is attacking you.[1]

Another question might involve personal assignments for working magic in nature. If you were to go into the woods only with your cloak and stang, what could you use to represent the Four Elements?

A Revery could also include experiments, such as gazing into the coals of a fire for shapes.

And so on.
